TWO stories.

(1) My favorite season is autumn. My favorite month? November. Why? It's the perfect temperature with the best smells in the air! If you are not already aware, I love the way things smell. When I was standing in line to get my cup of coffee at Starbucks in the Hong Kong International Airport before my flight back to Phnom Penh, I couldn't resist but buy their newest autumn blend! It smells so good, hopefully it taste just as good. You see, I don't know how it taste because I forgot to ask the kind gentlemen to grind the beans for me. So I now have a bag of autumn blend Starbucks coffee sitting in my ant cabinet in bean form. Starbucks has yet to grace itself in the land of Cambodia, causing me to drink excessive amounts of it while I was in Hong Kong.

(2) After my second day of getting back into Cambodia, I went to the supermarket to pick up groceries. Everything felt so cheap! That's only going to last for so long because in reality, their stuff is expensive - $6 for peanut butter ain't cheap. It is cheap in comparison to Hong Kong! As I placed my carton of eggs onto the register, I broke an egg. My man-hands broke one of the eggs so I decided to usher the eggs back to its shelf and grab a new batch. As I rode off on my bike, I felt so guilty that I turned around and bought that batch of eggs that I had previously broken. For a good two days I had two batches of eggs in my fridge, but a teammate gracious took a batch off my hands.

We have a camping coffee grinder: portable, hand crank, ceramic burr grinder. It's awesome. If you want to use it, but it may cost you a cup...
