"you have been an important part of my college process, even though we basically have this awesome online relationship-friendship that WORKS! #idontunderstand #Godworksinmysteriousways"
(1) "My parents said I have to attend college so I am attending the cheapest college I could find." - I have met a good number of these people. They are usually people who have just graduated from high school but have no real desire for higher education. Out of the respect for their parents or just the fact that they do not have anything else to do - they choose to go to college.
(2) "I am coming back for the fifth career change." - These are the wise mothers and fathers who typically answer every discussion question with a cute story of their children. Sometimes they also enjoy getting into arguments with the professor about how they have it all wrong.
(3) "I explored Europe for two years after high school and then worked as a zoo-keeper in Australia. I am currently going to school and also a part-time back-up dancer." - So cool.
This part of life was a huge learning experience for me. The Father really showed me how great of an impact each one of us can make in His world! From the conversations to the gestures, we can inspire and encourage those around us through small interactions. I love hearing stories from classmates about their adventures despite the fact that our first conversation is typically always our last. We are all story shares who can choose who to shine for.
