Having quite a lot of free time on my hands while my friends were in class, I decided to put the apartment's kitchen into good use! You can never have too much banana bread so that's exactly what I baked. One...two...three...four...five batches? Without a working oven at home, I was ecstatic to be allowed to bake all I wanted! They were so yummy that a few were lost in the transitioning process of bringing them to Sonrise Easter Service! In addition, we brought over leftover pasta that Carissa, Luke, Lydia and I had made for dinner the night before. We put the leftover pasta in a glass-dish and sprinkled it with cheese. After baking it - leftover pasta was made yum! Carissa is an expert in salad knowledge. It's awesome when someone can make grass taste wonderful but also still keep it healthy.
