I recently discovered the ultimate take to school, sweat free, pretty yummy breakfast that i prepare the night before teaching.
- ½ a cup of milk
- ½ a cup of oats
- ¼ teaspoon of grounded cinnamon
- 3 Khmer bananas
(2) Scoop in ½ a cup of milk. (Or even almond milk!)
(4) Drizzle on a desired amount of honey.
(6) Top off with three sliced up Khmer bananas.
(7) I leave it in my fridge overnight and enjoy it for breakfast the next morning!
